Chinese professional services company Zhejiang Liwei Information Technology Co. Ltd. has deployed SAP Enable Now for talent training and education to empower its employees and help them quickly adopt new technologies. The solution provided fast and efficient production of learning and enablement materials, further enhancing the user experience of the workforce.

The recent figures from research firm IDC have shown how businesses are rapidly embracing digital transformation in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The enterprise applications industry grew 4.1{aa282f308afcc222aaa21b0478c79e01a8fedd01972e2180867097bd93930f22} year over year in 2020, according to the new report. With US$18.1 billion in revenue last year, SAP has topped the 2020 worldwide enterprise applications market. Mickey North Rizza, Program Vice President for Enterprise Applications and Digital Commerce at IDC, stated:

“Modular, intelligent applications are helping the organisation leverage the data and gain insights to better manoeuvre the organisation so it can remain resilient and capitalise on the changed conditions.”

Reflecting on the latest study released, Eva Zauke, Senior Vice President and Global Head of SAP Enterprise Adoption, discussed in a blog how SAP solutions help businesses drive adoption and achieve critical business outcomes throughout the stages of their digital transformation. She explained:

“Providing enablement for users and employees across a wide variety of channels and as part of SAP solutions, facilitated by digital adoption platforms such as SAP Enable Now, businesses can provide their employees with the most up-to-date software, technology, and process documentation when and where they need it — right in the flow of their work and in the language of their choice.”

Indeed, the restrictions imposed by the global COVID-19 pandemic have called for organisations to assist their employees in adapting to the new working environment. SAP aims to further simplify and accelerate the digital transformation journey of its customers in a post-pandemic landscape by leveraging the latest cutting-edge technologies and implementing integrated services, solutions, and training. In particular, SAP Enable Now allows small and medium-sized enterprises to rapidly design and deploy customised tutorials and training materials to improve the productivity and efficiency of the workforce.
