Mercedes-AMG, Barilla sign up for SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors has signed up Mercedes-AMG and Barilla in the fourth quarter of 2016 to use its solutions.

Mercedes-AMG, the German automaker specialising in unique, high-performance sports cars and vehicles, has selected the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to help consolidate its HR systems and improve the recruiting process. The company plans to use the solutions to create a more dynamic HR organisation by supporting continuous innovation and powering its digital transformation strategy.

Barilla, which makes pasta and other Italian foods in more than 100 countries, will implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Learning and SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solutions, to help the company drive decisions to create a sustainable and successful business, improve skills and keep the workforce focused on the right business objectives.
