On June 26, 2019, NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) and Symmetry Holding Inc. (Symmetry) announced Secure 24’s, an NTT Communications Company since 2001, 100{aa282f308afcc222aaa21b0478c79e01a8fedd01972e2180867097bd93930f22} acquisition of Symmetry, a leading provider of SAP Managed Services. While the transaction is expected to close in 2019, NTT Com, Secure 24, and Symmetry will continue to operate independently until then.
NTT Com, a global ICT company that provides services and solutions to corporate clients and a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, is reinforcing its managed services capabilities to support its clients’ digital transformations as a DX Enabler™. As a member of NTT, one of the world’s largest telecommunication companies, Secure 24 has been delivering such key capabilities of NTT Com in the US market since 1999.
In the acquisition, Secure 24 leverages Symmetry‘s extensive expertise in SAP managed services, Oracle application comprehensive managed services and security compliance services. Aside from offering migration and operations services for SAP S/4 HANA, more importantly, Symmetry delivers to large enterprise clients in diverse industries such as consumer products, life sciences, manufacturing and high-tech in the U.S., the world’s largest market for managed services.
