Shree Malani Group, a leading manufacturing of PU foam in India, has addressed multiple business challenges with an implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
Lacking efficient systems, the group faced issues with transparency, goods tracking among between business units, manual tracking of serial numbers, management of promotions and schemes, manual pricing, stocking and serviceability, accounts receivables, cash discounts, cash flow, credit management and controls.
The S/4HANA implementation was undertaken by SAP Platinum partner intelligence India Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.
“We implemented key SAP solutions for Shree Malani Group, which included variant configuration of mattresses and multi-mix production scenarios in Centaurys business environment, which helped them in an era where automation directly impacts the quality of the products and services,” said Sanjeev Deshpande, managing director, intelligence India.
The solution has brought many positive changes to the business.
“[The] SAP S/4HANA implementation helped our business in centralising pricing and discounts, stopped revenue leakage, automated sales pricing, derived transparency and tracking at [the] order level, simpler tracking of serial numbers, visibility of stocks across all locations, centrally controlled credit check/release, manage cash discounts and simplified the return goods management process,” said Siddhartha Malani, director, Shree Malani Group.
