Almost simultaneous with the launch of the SAP.iO Foundry Shanghai cohort, Foundry New York also announced its startup accelerator programme featuring tech startups that specialise in omnichannel engagement and CX solutions.

Earlier this month, SAP.iO Foundry New York kickstarted its latest accelerator programme centred on driving innovation around the customer experience (CX) domain. Specifically centred on omnichannel CX engagement, six tech startups with global market presence have qualified to be part of the latest New York Foundry Spring 2022 cohort.

SAP.iO highlighted that the German software company acknowledges the increasing opportunity for the CX market, which would equally benefit SAP and its partners that specifically offer customer engagement solutions. A report shared by Dash Network, an independent B2B research and digital media platform focused on the global Customer Experience market, revealed that the customer experience and customer engagement market is forecasted to reach more than $100 billion in annual worldwide revenue by 2026.
