SAP Emphasizes Customer Experiences at GITEX 2019

GITEX Technology Week 2019 is just around the corner. But industry experts are already announcing that United Arab Emirates’ transport and logistics, as well as its retail sectors, are boosting Africa and Middle East’s customer experience solutions market to a record-breaking $800 million as reported by Micro Market Monitor.

All organisations across GCC, the UAE, and other more extensive regions, whether big or small, are speeding up their digital transformation. These organisations are focusing on utilising technology to improve the experiences of citizens, customers and employees.

As a result of these efforts, the digital customer experience market of the Middle East and North Africa is experiencing a sky-high record of $800 million.

The GITEX is considered to be the largest tech event in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. This year’s major theme was Customer Experience with “Synergizing the Mind and Technology Economy.”

During the event, SAP will exhibit with the theme ” The Future of Business has Feelings – Change a Feeling, Change a Business .” This theme will also focus on the future of digital employee and customer experiences.
