GITEX Technology Week 2019 is just around the corner. But industry experts are already announcing that United Arab Emirates’ transport and logistics, as well as its retail sectors, are boosting Africa and Middle East’s customer experience solutions market to a record-breaking $800 million as reported by Micro Market Monitor.
All organisations across GCC, the UAE, and other more extensive regions, whether big or small, are speeding up their digital transformation. These organisations are focusing on utilising technology to improve the experiences of citizens, customers and employees.
As a result of these efforts, the digital customer experience market of the Middle East and North Africa is experiencing a sky-high record of $800 million.
The GITEX is considered to be the largest tech event in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. This year’s major theme was Customer Experience with “Synergizing the Mind and Technology Economy.”
During the event, SAP will exhibit with the theme ” The Future of Business has Feelings – Change a Feeling, Change a Business .” This theme will also focus on the future of digital employee and customer experiences.
With the Middle East’s warm welcome towards Experience Economy, organisations need to accept that they need to deliver enhanced experiences. Organisations can understand the beliefs, emotions and intentions of the customers if they combine customer “x-data” with operational “o-data”. In return, these organisations can become Intelligent Enterprises with advantages of agility, focus and greater business visibility.
There will SAP customer experience demos at the GITEX. These demos will showcase enhanced customer experiences across the digital supply chain and other immersive innovations.
SAP C/4HANA customer experience suite, with the power of Qualtrics CustomerXM, can help customers in gaining insights, listening to customers and evaluating corporate impact.
Gergi Abboud, senior vice president and general manager of SAP Middle East South, said,
The Middle East and North Africa’s record-high customer experience market underlines how the region’s industry verticals are leveraging digital transformation to make their customers happy. As UAE Vision 2021 drives investment in ports and malls, GITEX is an ideal platform for SAP to showcase how combining customer data with operational data can optimise costs, employee and customer experiences, and scale up.
SAP will showcase innovations that leverage technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud, Internet of Things and machine learning.
During the GITEX Technology Week 2019, to be held on October 6-10 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, SAP will be at Hall 6, Stand B1.
