Neeyamo has implemented the solution across its India, US and Philippines operations. The company provides global payroll solutions in 90+ countries and background verification services in 198 countries, all based on SuccessFactors solutions.

Launched recently, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center is an HR Helpdesk that provides a central place for employees and HR service representatives to view, request, store, share, organise and prioritise all HR-related information and issues. Developed specifically for HR organisations, it has built-in analytics to help operations management track KPIs and understand emerging patterns.
Neeyamo recently worked with Bangalore-based mobile payment provider, Ezetap Mobile Solutions, to implement SAP SuccessFactors in 21 days from inception to release, using a rapid deployment approach.
“Neeyamo innovatively leveraged SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management framework to implement the Objective Key Results (OKRs) framework that Ezetap wanted.
