In a move designed to provide organisations across the Asia-Pacific region with world-class HR technology and services, Singapore-based payroll provider Excelity Global Solutions is partnering with SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner Daya Dimensi Global (DDG), also based in Singapore.

Together, the partners will provide integrated and cost-effective solutions enabling organisations to move quickly to streamline their HR and payroll processes through either technology adoption or outsourcing – or a combination of both.

As the largest Asia-based payroll outsourcing provider, Excelity Global processes more than 1.2 million payslips each month in 20 countries across Asia-Pacific. Founded in 1997, Excelity Global has payroll delivery centres in India, Singapore, China, the Philippines and Malaysia. The company operates its proprietary payroll platform, delivered through a managed services model, in 12 countries. It also provides SMEs looking for cost-effective payroll solutions with the option of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.

An HR consulting firm, DDG is one of the leading sales and implementation partners in Asia-Pacific for SAP SuccessFactors. Providing consulting services, system implementation and HR managed services DDG has implemented more than 150 projects across the region for organisations with 200-200,000 employees.

“It’s time for SAP SuccessFactors customers to effectively focus on strategic initiatives,” said Aju Murjani, managing director, ASEAN and ANZ, Excelity Global Solutions. He said that the partnership will assist organisations in their drive toward digitalisation and HR transformation. “DDG’s dedicated team, with a deep understanding of the market and vision to disrupt the market, is a natural fit for us.”

“Our partnership, and pre-built integration between SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Excelity Payroll Solutions, will provide an expanded range of services to our clients so they can deliver real value to their businesses across the full spectrum of HR requirements,” said Peter Goldrick, managing director, DDG.

Acknowledging the increasingly strong drive for HR cloud solutions in the Asia-Pacific region, he said,” In conjunction with our combined BPO services, we will support our clients beyond just technology innovation to fully managed HR services.”
