Orlando-based Kore Inc. has launched a new suite of bots, designed to boost productivity by helping users to communicate more simply with business-critical systems running SAP solutions.
The launch took place at SAPPHIRE NOW in Orlando, Florida earlier this week, where Kore, a 2016 SAP Pinnacle Awards finalist for OEM Partner of the Year, also had the opportunity to demonstrate the communication-enhancing capabilities of its bots.
Kore bots can be used on a variety of platforms including SAP Jam, Skype, SMS, Amazon Echo and email to improve enterprise communication with SAP solutions including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba and others through SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
“Today’s workforce is bombarded with alerts, notifications and emails,” said Raj Koneru, founder and CEO, Kore, adding that Kore is seeking to help employees work more efficiently and more simply.
Employees can receive alerts, get reports, execute direct actions and complete workflow tasks simply by speaking to, emailing or messaging the bots, which then carry out the task by smoothly interfacing with the required SAP solution. Employees no longer need to waste time changing change interfaces for each application they use.
Furthermore, the bots create workforce efficiencies right from the start as the creation of new bots takes only a few hours compared with the weeks or months it may take to build custom apps and integrations.

As part of Kore’s OEM partnership with SAP, the enterprise bots provider has completed its SAP solution qualification and received its certification from the SAP Integration and Certification Centre (SAP ICC). The Kore platform is available for Android, iOS and desktop.
