Talent match recruitment platform TalentPulse by Accendo Technologies integrates with two SAP solutions– SAP SuccessFactors Learning and SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development.

Malaysia’s AI-driven talent management solutions provider Accendo Technologies has partnered with SAP to provide advanced talent matching and career path solutions for customers. Now available for purchase on SAP App Center, the digital marketplace for SAP-validated partner apps, Accendo’s TalentPulse enables organisations to leverage internal talent to the fullest– addressing challenges around talent shortage, low organisational agility, and high employee attrition.

KC Hong, Managing Director at SAP Malaysia commented on the new partnership with the HR tech startup. He said:

“We are pleased to welcome Accendo as an SAP partner. Its solution addresses some of the largest talent challenges that organisations around the world are facing today. We are confident that Accendo solutions, as integrated with SAP SuccessFactors solutions, can help customers meet these challenges with tools, data, and workflows they need to succeed.”

A Valuable HR Partner

While steadily growing in the Southeast Asian market, Accendo’s collaboration with SAP also represents the company’s efforts to help organisations and employees work seamlessly amid today’s highly disruptive and fast-changing work environment. Aside from addressing critical client needs, Accendo and SAP’s strategic partnership also aims to drive an agile and future-ready talent pool.

“If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together. I’ve always aligned with this sentiment. When two brands that are looking to redefine how we can make work great for everyone come together, great things can happen. We were drawn to SAP for their energy in wanting partnerships to work. We are looking forward to building better and deeper synergies for the long haul,” stated Sharma Lachu CEO & Founder of Accendo Technologies.

As a promising HR tech startup, Accendo was recently inducted into MDEC’s GAIN programme, facilitated by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to catalyse the global expansion of Malaysian tech companies. Commending on how the homegrown tech company Accendo enables organisations to make sound hiring decisions by aggregating data and drawing talent insights through analytical tools, Gopi Ganesalingam, Vice President of MDEC’s Global Growth Acceleration Division highlighted:

“MDEC believes Accendo will be a valuable partner as their digital offerings are much needed in today’s disruptive business environment. Such revolutionary local innovations with global demand are aptly positioning Malaysia as the heart of digital ASEAN.”
