SAP and In2IT Technologies, an IT consulting firm with offices across the region, recently hosted the SAP HR Roundtable at Bhubaneswar in a move to empower employees to take charge of their performance and their careers by adopting human capital management (HCM) cloud applications.
The theme of the day-long roundtable was ‘HR Transformation: Out of the Fog, Into the Cloud’. The event provided a highly interactive platform tailored to explore, discuss and share the latest in HR technology developments and future trends.
IT industry leaders, analysts, and professionals participated in the roundtable discussions along with top HR practitioners in an effort to find ways to optimise HR operations across geographies, organisations, and employee types while at the same time reshaping workforce strategies for the workplace of the future.
