Infozech’s IoT platform iTower – Tower in a Box (TiB)solution, designed for the telecom tower industry to achieve new levels of automation and operational excellence, integrates with SAP S/4HANA by leveraging integration capabilities of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). TiB is now available in SAP Store– the online marketplace for solutions from SAP and its trusted partners– as part of SAP’s industry cloud portfolio for the telecommunications industry.

SAP and Infozech in the 5G Era
TiB was featured in the SAP webinar series “Inspire the Future with 5G” during the Mobile World Congress 2021 in June. Gary Pan, Industry Solution Manager, Telecommunications Industry SAP, and Ankur Lal, CEO of Infozech, shared their insights on the telcos structural transformation journey concerning the massive CAPEX investment pressure for 5G deployment. The session highlighted that the joint solution between SAP and Infozech is designed to enable the rapid establishment and monetisation of independent tower operations with a “Tower-in-a-box” approach.
“What Infozech brings in the Tower-in-a-Box suite is a solution which takes care of the critical needs to run a business and go beyond the department silos and look at the whole infrastructure as a whole enterprise,” said Lal.
“This is in line with our focus from our industry cloud perspective. From the SAP side, we have this initiative called Industry Cloud. For telco, we really try to extend our soltuion coverage by collaborating with solution partners like you (Infozech) focusing on vertical capabilities, which in your case would mostly be in the tower companies or infrastructure operation for telco,” Pan explained.
