Brierley Japan integrates SAP Hybris with loyalty program

Brierley+Partners Japan (Brierley Japan) has introduced a one-stop CRM and digital loyalty marketing service, integrating SAP Hybris Commerce and Brierley Loyalty Ware, as part of their consumer-oriented e-commerce offering.

Brierley Loyalty Ware, developed by US-based parent company Brierley+Partners,  is an integrated solution for companies seeking to develop customer loyalty programs, offering everything from customer member registration to the acquisition of reward points and frequent flyer miles that can be redeemed for benefits.

The new integration provides organisations with a one-stop loyalty program from planning to implementation and operation, accelerating their ability to acquire and retain top customers, to construct omni-channel platforms and to both implement and analyse the effectiveness of their loyalty program.

The integration provides organisations with effective measures for enhancing sales and customer satisfaction, reflecting the latest developments in the loyalty marketing industry.

Yuki Takayama, head of SAP Hybris Japan expressed pleasure that NRI and Brierley Japan have completed the Brierley Loyaltyware and SAP Hybris Commerce integration, stating that the new service has been developed to accelerate the digital transformation of their customers.
