Technology service provider, YASH Technologies, has implemented SAP SuccessFactors to standardise and streamline its HR processes, accelerate decision-making, and help manage its rapidly growing workforce through automation, increased operational efficiencies and self-service.
The SAP SuccessFactors implementation, internally known as ‘Infogram’, is expected to help the organisation to close the gap between strategy and execution, harmonise business processes, and create a performance-driven environment.

Implemented in two phases, Infogram includes Recruiting – Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Succession Planning, Performance – Goals, Learning Management, and Workforce Analytics – Reporting.
YASH is currently implementing an organisation-wide collaboration platform leveraging SAP’s cloud-based social media platform, SAP Jam, as the next step in its HR digitisation journey.
