KPMG in India, a leading provider of tax and advisory services to Indian tech companies, has recently acquihired Shinvansh Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Shivansh), an SAP consulting and implementation services provider based in New Delhi. The strategic move is intended to augment the firm’s practice of Indian technology implementation for a faster go-to-market as well as improve response capability through sharp consulting and implementation offerings. 

Aside from acquiring Shivansh’s software products and IP rights, the directors and the core team of SAP consultants will also be joining the firm.

Two SAP Powerhouses now One

Rizing, LLC, a privately-held multinational company providing leading SAP functional and technical services to its customers, announced today the acquisition of Synchrony Global, an SAP SuccessFactors Professional Services Firm headquartered in Singapore, with offices throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Synchrony Global is a market leader in Asia Pacific with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Certified Professionals as well as a strong Business Process Outsourcing service. Synchrony joins /N SPRO HCM, Aasonn and 3D Results as part of Rizing’s Human Capital Management (HCM) business, which was recently rebranded as Rizing HCM.

The announcement was made at this week’s SuccessConnect event in Las Vegas.

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning is a cloud-based solution to enable ongoing operational headcount planning throughout the year, in response to changing business conditions and shifting organisational needs, while SAP RealSpend, part of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud for finance portfolio, provides live access to budget and spending information.

Together, the two solutions will interoperate to provide increase accuracy of headcount forecasts through access to real-time detailed financial data included ‘hidden expenses’ such as workspace costs and travel; improved cost controls through being able to respond to actual spending data; and have data from both HR and finance shared in the same source, for closer alignment.

The connection will be generally available with the SAP SuccessFactors Q3 2017 solution release.

•    Suzhou Anjie Technology, a provider of functional insulting and cushion materials, will pursue an Industry 4.0 strategy using digitally enabled technologies, data tools and analytics across the value chain, powered by SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA. The company expects to gain return on investment from employee training, as well as improved productivity and employee satisfaction.
