JIEC plans to deploy Kofax Kapow RPA software, which automates human and information intensive processes across front and back office operations, and the Kofax TotalAgility platform to improve efficiency by reducing the need for manual input in SAP operations such as purchase management. The TouchAgility platform includes capabilities including omnichannel information capture, business process automation, robotic process automation, analytics, customer communications management and e-signatures.

The companies have together already made available RPA solutions in Japan, with a global rollout in their sights for the future.

The partnership capitalises on the current appetite for RPA solutions, as enterprises increasingly endeavour to automate manual, repetitive tasks, and eliminate human error in data-based tasks.

Kofax currently offers Kofax Kapow, RPA software that allows users to deploy smart robots to mimic human actions and automate tasks while driving continuous improvements. Kofax has already deployed hundreds of thousands of Kapow robots at more than 550 enterprise customers, BPO providers and shared service organisations around the world.
