German enterprise software giant SAP continues to witness momentum in the customer adoption of its concierge, Business Transformation as a Service (BTaaS) offering RISE with SAP as reported in the company’s 2021 Full Year financial report. Last year, over 1,300 customers of all sizes have adopted the subscription-based offering– including the 650 new customers in the fourth quarter–reflecting the readiness of organisations to innovate and modernise their ERP systems in the digital era. 

Scott Russell, Executive Board Member and Head of Customer Success at SAP and former SAP APJ President, earlier forecasted that Asia will be leading the RISE adoption as companies in the region, including those in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, and, Vietnam, reinforce their business transformation strategies.
